A Sleepover at Mouse's House!

LOL! Sounds like a book title!!! Hee hee!

We had a WONDERFUL, EXHAUSTING time! :-) Everyone's kids were great, and well mannered. Here are the details:

The boys played basketball and football until dark, then they came in (no one had an interest in making pizza until after it was MADE of course!) While our pizza was cooling we played the name game, or my version :-)
So here are the names we came up with, some where hard!!!
To get the idea without posting everyone's kids names I was a S the Squirel and J was J the Jack Rabbit!
After dinner we played outside while waiting for graham crackers to make it in from town because you KNOW I forgot something at the store. They had their quad rides during this time, which was the only time I couldn't remember where I set the camera down at!!!!!

We ended up inside playing board games, we played Yatzee Jr. Argravation, and Star Wars Monopoly. They were all good sports and no one fought or was upset when they lost. C-man of course was a terror during this period of time messing everyones games up!
When had smores around 9pm and they played tag in the dark!!!At 10:00 they started watching Star Wars IV, and watched that until it was over.

This morning one of the boys and I made pancakes (I put apple sauce and cinnamon in, no one could tell) for breakfast. Another made fresh squeezed O.J. They all woke up at 5am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to tell them though it was fine they were up if they were not QUIET I would turn the TV off! :-) Until the sun was awake they had a no talking rule!
They played outside for a while but the bulk of the morning was in Moiuse's room playing Wii and with the GI Joe's. JuJu as you can see was right in the thick of things, she fell asleep on the couch and Daddy carried her to she and C-man's room!

xoxo,

J and S

The Yard....digging is SO much fun!

J and the boys have started landscaping the yard. The boys decided to dig a "hide out" it was Nater and Mouse's idea, but C-man totally jumped in to take over! In the second picture Mouse is laying in the hole you can hardly see him! His head is showing behind C-man's bike. Here are a few pictures!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas everyone!

This morning we woke up to a WET Christmas, our first in 5 Christmases in Arizona! It is cold and wet. UGH! We usually go out and the boys play football. So we will see how that goes!

The kids LOVED their presents, "Santa" was very good to them this year. Mouse a riding helmet and rope for his horse riding lessons. He is going to start learning to herd and rope steer! He is really excited his instructor said he is doing great, and suggested them for him. Grandma M said, "He looks like a natural!!!" He also got a basketball and mini Lego's.

JuJu got a purple princess bike and Burt's Bee's Makeup! C-man hit it big, Santa gave him a Kidi Art Studio by vtech! He can not wait for Daddy to find his tools to put it together for him (most of them at the old house still!) Though his favorite presents are the Star Wars dishes and the new pacifiers from Santa!

We hope everyone has a safe and very blessed Christmas! We love and miss everyone one!

The kids are taking riding lessons. We have had 2 lessons so far. They LOVE it! Their instructor is really nice, he is a barrel racer. The kids are going every other week right now because it is pricey. They were so excited after their first lesson that they spent their OWN money to buy boots and wranglers! To funny! C-man went the first time, but after listening to him yell, "my ride 'orse! over and over, it was decided that he will stay at Auntie's on Tues afternoons! Hope you enjoy the pics of their first lesson. Juli is SO fluid in the saddle! Mike is a little bit rough but he makes up for it in desire!
